22-year-old Hana Kimura is a professional wrestler.
For non-wrestling fans, she is known for being part of the latest season of Japanese reality television series, Terrace House: Tokyo 2019 – 2020.
On May 23, Japanese wrestling promotion, Stardom announced that Kimura has passed away. It has been seen that the cause of death for Hana Kimura suspected suicide.

While there is no mention of the cause of her death, it was reported that Kimura posted photos of self-mutilation on her Twitter account prior to that.
She also left messages that suggested that she was deeply hurt by the comments about her which sparked speculations of cyberbullying.
“Nearly 100 frank opinions every day. I couldn’t deny that I was hurt. I’m dead. Thank you for giving me a mother. It was a life I wanted to be loved. Thank you to everyone who supported me. I love it. I’m weak, I’m sorry. I don’t want to be a human anymore. It was a life I wanted to be loved. Thank you everyone, I love you. Bye.”
Twitter users also pointed out that Kimura had been receiving death threats and criticisms after an incident that happened between her and another housemate at Terrace House.
Some of the hate comments also targeted Kimura’s appearance and asked her to leave the show earlier.
